Guidelines

Fees
Upon registration, a non-refundable deposit is due in the amount of $200 for each session you enroll your child in. This is applied to your tuition and secures a space for your child. Remember, this deposit is nonrefundable.

The tuition balance is due by May 1. Tuition includes all activities with the exception of horseback and paintball.

Campers do not need extra spending money while at camp but may desire it. When campers take trips to various attractions in the area, the camp pays for the attraction and meals. Some campers wish to have a small amount of spending money for snacks or souvenirs. Whether to send money with your camper is at your discretion and it can be deposited in our camp bank upon arrival. We do not recommend campers keep money in the cabin, as we cannot be held responsible if it is missing.

No discounts are allowed for late arrivals or early departures. Should our nurses or a local physician recommend withdrawal, the camp may choose to refund the un-expired term. No rebate is allowed in case of withdrawal or dismissal for reasons other than illness on the part of the camper.

Enrollment
Sessions at our boys' camp max out 426 campers (exception being Starter Camp at 200 campers). If a session is full, you may proceed with online registration to be added to the waiting list. No deposit is required to be added to the waiting list. Enrollment is conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Cabin Requests
Once a camper's registration is received, the camper is placed in the proper grouping and cabin according to school grade, age, and development. Each camper is allowed one (1) cabin request of another camper they would like to be with. That request must be reciprocal with the other child. Every effort is made to place campers according to their cabin preference, but final placement is left up to the Camp Director.

Visitors
Campers are not allowed to receive visitors during their session at camp. They may receive visitors between sessions if they are enrolled for a multi-session stay. We ask that you respect this policy for the sake of all of our campers and their camp experience away from home.
