Campers, before you come to Camp, you'll choose 6 skills you want to try! You'll do 3 skills each day for about an hour each. Skills are a chance to challenge yourself to get better at something or try something totally new you've never done before.
Health and Fitness
Campers will learn the importance of health and fitness in light of how the Lord views us and how we in turn should take care of our bodies. Campers will be taught how to properly fuel their bodies and the importance of nutrition while also participating in group workouts. The workouts will include cardio, stretching, yoga, Pilates and more! For 5th graders and older.Back to Skills
