We offer four two-week sessions. Campers can stay for multiple sessions, but have to be picked up by an adult of your choosing between sessions.

Numbers indicate spots left in a session. If a session is marked "waiting list", proceed with online registration to be added to this list. A deposit is not required to join the waiting list.
* If your child has completed the 10th or 11th grade she has the option to be part of Wilderness Program or the in-camp program. The Wilderness group spends most of their time out of camp, hiking and camping in the Pisgah National Forest. Find out more information about the Wilderness program here.

Deposit: Your deposit must be paid at the time of registration, either by credit card or e-check.
- If you register before February 1st, your deposit is $700 per session.
- If you register after February 1st, your deposit is $1675 (half of your tuition) per session.
Deposits cannot be rolled over, or applied to another session or a sibling. Campers may change sessions with no penalty if we have availability. SALT applicants who choose to register as a backup option will not be penalized if they cancel their camper session.
Tuition Due Dates: After the deposit is paid, ½ of the balance will be processed to your credit card or e-check account on February 1st, and the other ½ of the balance will be processed to your credit card or e-check account on May 1st. If you choose the monthly payment plan, your monthly payment amounts will not change on these dates.
If you enroll your child for camp after February 1, you will be charged a $1675 deposit (half of the tuition), of which $700 is then non-refundable. Your remaining balance will be due on May 1.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel before February 1st, $350 per session is non-refundable.
- If you cancel between February 1st and May 1st, $700 per session is non-refundable.
- If you cancel after May 1st, $1675 (1/2 of your tuition) per session is non-refundable.
Session Break: We will no longer have campers staying with us between sessions. If your child attends more than one session, you will need to make arrangements for them to be picked up between sessions and returned for the next session on Opening Day. The pickup person can be any approved adult age 18 or older. The camper's belongings may stay in their cabin over session break. We will try to make it easy for stayover campers to check back in on Opening Day.
