Campers, before you come to Camp, you'll choose 6 skills you want to try! You'll do 3 skills each day for about an hour each. Skills are a chance to challenge yourself to get better at something or try something totally new you've never done before.
Girls will learn about basics of running technique, proper nutrition, and distance running. They will typically go on a run in camp or out of camp during the skill time. Depending on the size of the class, girls of different abilities and levels might run together or might split into separate smaller groups.
