This is Allie's first year serving at Camp! She cannot wait to experience growth and encouragement alongside campers this summer!
If you were a pasta shape, what would you be and why?
I'd like to say bow tie pasta! They remind me of butterflies which are unique, pretty, and free!
What are the top three things on your bucket list?
Someday I would love to live in the mountains! I'd love to build my dream house as well. It would be inspired by a mountain cabin with a real wood burning fireplace. Lastly, I want to travel throughout Europe to see landmarks, nature, and castles!
If animals could drive, which animal would be the best and why?
I'm going to have to go with monkeys despite it being the obvious choice. I have a feeling that opposable thumbs are important when driving.
What's your favorite Bible verse and why?
Jeremiah 29:11 reads, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." This verse encourages me because while I may not know what the future holds the LORD does and He has promised to work things together for good.
What are you praying for in anticipation for this summer?
I pray that the LORD would give me the strength to be the best counselor I can be, and that the memories that I make with my campers will last a lifetime. I pray that I can impact their lives and point them to Christ!
