Emma Kate is from Meridian, Mississippi and she attends Mississippi State University. She served in 2024 as a Bluerock counselor, in 2025 as our Upper Discipleship Director! She is so excited to return for another summer as our Upper Discipleship Director!
What is your favorite spot in camp?
The chapel, especially during singspiration!
If you had to be an expert at any one sport or hobby, what would it be and why?
Speed crossword puzzles, because I think it would be a cool party trick.
What is something you would rate a 10/10?
A route 44 Dr Pepper and a corndog from Sonic!
What are small things that make your day better?
Running in pretty weather, quality time with friends, and time spent in the Word!
If you had any exotic pet, what would it be and what would you name it?
An Iguana named Ferb.
As the Lord is preparing your heart for this summer, what's your biggest prayer?
My prayer going into this summer is that the Lord would open our hearts and minds to understand and receive His word as we approach Him daily through scripture and prayer. I pray that we would we would grow in our relationship with the Lord and also in the friendships we create at camp, learning what it means to walk alongside one another in Christ!
