This is Gigi's first summer at Camp! She is so excited to serve the Lord & to impact lives for His glory!
If you were a pasta shape, what would you be and why?
Tortellini, because it's the most fun to make homemade! You need to make the dough give itself a big hug.
What are the top three things on your bucket list?
Read/study the entire Bible, see the northern lights in Alaska, and go wing suiting.
If animals could drive, which animal would be the best and why?
A bear. It can reach the pedals, grasp the steering wheel, and it's already very accustomed to stealing camp gear.
What's your favorite Bible verse and why?
Job 19:25, "But I know that my Redeemer lives, and at the end he will stand on the dust." This is such an incredible verse because 1) Job predicted the coming of Christ thousands of years beforehand, speaking to the prophetic and true nature of the Bible, and 2) Job kept his eyes on the Lord no matter what he went through, and this verse is a testament to that. I strive to be like him in both my suffering and my rejoicing.
What are you praying for in anticipation for this summer?
I am praying first and foremost for the girls, that they would be able to see God work in a real and different way at Crestridge this summer. I am also praying that the Lord would prepare me to display the love of Christ to the girls and use me for His will in any way He see fit this summer, no matter how difficult or unexpected.
