This is Lyla's first summer at camp & she cannot wait to impact lives for God's glory!
If you were a pasta shape, what would you be and why?
I would be one of those super tiny star pastas called pastina. Stars are bright and shiny and are a symbol of happiness and positivity and that’s how i aspire to live every day!
What are the top three things on your bucket list?
1. Swimming with sharks!! 2. Visit Hawaii 3. Go on an overseas missions trip
If animals could drive, which animal would be the best and why?
I think an octopus would definitely be the best drivers! They are one of the smartest animals and they would be super smart and safe on the road. They also have so many arms so they can do a bunch of things at once.
What's your favorite Bible verse and why?
Psalms 30:11 “You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; you have loosed my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness,” I love love love this verse because it is exactly how I feel, the joy the that Lord has given me just makes me want to dance!!
What are you praying for in anticipation for this summer?
I’m praying that God will fill me and other staff with so much wisdom and the ability to show his love to all the campers! I’m also praying for strength for everyone throughout the entire summer so we can give it our all and make it the best summer ever!
