Sunny is from Johnson City, Tennessee and she attends Milligan University! This is her first summer at camp and she cannot wait to serve on our team as a Counselor!
What is your favorite place to be?
I am 50/50 a mountain girl and a beach girl. I find both bring me peace in different ways and I get to experience the beauty of God’s creation.
If you had to be an expert at any one sport or hobby, what would it be and why?
Even though running is my main sport right now, I would go with soccer. It was the first sport I fell in love with and I love watching as much as playing.
What is something you would rate a 10/10?
My dad’s air fryer burgers. I absolutely love hamburgers and my dad’s take the cake.
What are small things that make your day better?
I love random calls or texts from friends/family, a random coffee during the day, handwritten notes or flowers from my boyfriend, and so much more.
If you had any exotic pet, what would it be and what would you name it?
I would have to choose a Panda and I would name it Bandit.
As the Lord is preparing your heart for this summer, what's your biggest prayer?
My biggest prayer is that my campers grow deeper in their spiritual lives and take the next step with Christ, whatever that may be for them. I pray I can make an impact on these girls the same way my campers grow deeper counselors did for me, not only spiritually but also in general.
