Tessa has been a long time camper & is thrilled to be back as a counselor this summer! She cannot wait to see how the Lord moves!
If you were a pasta shape, what would you be and why?
The bow-tie shape! The center is collected and put together, but the edges are super out there and fun (and remind me of jazz hands)!! And obviously, they're the most fun to eat.
What are the top three things on your bucket list?
Hiking around Machu Picchu in Peru, skydiving, and visiting every national park in the US (3 down, a ton more to go)!
If animals could drive, which animal would be the best and why?
Hot take, but an octopus! 2 arms for driving, 1 for adjusting mirrors, 1 for putting on sunglasses, 1 for drinking Starbucks, 1 for picking the playlist, and 2 for looking for a phone when it falls between the seats!
What's your favorite Bible verse and why?
"'I am the bread of life,' Jesus told them. 'No one who comes to me will ever be hungry, and no one who believes in me will ever be thirsty again'" John 6:35. I absolutely love this verse because I feel that it is an amazing summation of the wonderful life that Jesus offers us when we follow Him!
What are you praying for in anticipation for this summer?
I am praying for safety, happiness, and that Jesus works in amazing ways at camp!! My hope is that my campers have the best summer ever!!!!
