This is Lily's first summer at Crestridge & she cannot wait to see impact lives for God's glory!
If you were a pasta shape, what would you be and why?
I think I would be rigatoni, because it's a classic. It's reliable, consistent, and fun!
What are the top three things on your bucket list?
I want to live in New York City at some point in my life! I want to travel to all 50 states, visiting each at least once. Lastly, I want to serve on an international mission trip!
If animals could drive, which animal would be the best and why?
I think the best driver would be my golden doodle, Copper. He's my best friend in the world, so I just assume that he'd also be the best driver.
What's your favorite Bible verse and why?
Proverbs 16:24 says, "Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones." As we walk in faith, we are called to shed God's light, lead others towards Christ. He is merciful, intentional, and kind, which we should be proud to tell the world. I love this verse because it reminds me that I should have one goal in life: to love others the way that He so graciously loves me.
What are you praying for in anticipation for this summer?
As I prepare for this summer, I pray that lives are changed. I pray that Crestridge serves as a lifelong reminder that He alone is enough. I pray that He uses each of us however He sees fit and that we are confident enough in His name to faithfully obey.
